1. Create a List report with Country, City & Birthdate.
2. Drag a Calculated Column
3. Name it as Age
4. From functions expand _years_between ( Business Time/Date functions)
5.Add _years_between (Current Date, Birth Date)
6. Current Date drag it from Common functions
